TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Business Details
Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room provides custom-made women’s clothing, pattern drafting, and clothing alteration services. All services are offered on a made-to-order basis.
2. Services Provided
Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room specialises in:
● Custom-made women’s garments
● Pattern drafting
● Clothing alterations and repairs
● All garments are handmade and tailored to individual customer requirements.
3. Orders & Measurements
● Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
● Where measurements are taken by Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room, reasonable care will be taken to ensure accuracy.
● Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room is not responsible for poor fit resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Fabric & Materials
If fabric or materials are supplied by the customer, Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room is not responsible for defects, colour bleeding, shrinkage, or wear. Customers are advised that fabric quality affects the final outcome of the garment.
5. Prices & Payments
● All prices are agreed before work begins.
● A deposit may be required for custom-made garments before production starts.
● Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
● Full payment must be made before collection or delivery of any item.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
● Due to the nature of custom-made items, refunds are not offered once work has started.
● Alteration services are also non-refundable once completed.
● If there is an issue with workmanship, customers must notify Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
7. Fittings & Adjustments
● One minor adjustment may be offered for custom-made garments, depending on the agreement.
● Any additional fittings or major changes requested after production has begun may incur extra charges.
● Design changes requested after work has started are not guaranteed.
8. Turnaround Time
Completion times provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room will communicate any significant delays.
9. Collection & Delivery
● Customers are responsible for collecting items on the agreed date.
● Items not collected within a reasonable time may incur storage charges.
● Delivery, if offered, is at the customer’s risk once dispatched.
10. Liability
Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room is not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect garment care. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using any service provided by Flo-Jo’s Pattern Room, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
